    Thanks for shopping at www.lightharmonic.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

    Returns 

    You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  o be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Refunds 

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

    You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Restocking Fee

    We will charge a 10% restocking fee for returns.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    Domestic shipping to be calculated based on your location.

    International shipping is a Flat Fee of $150.

    Handling time is 1-2 business days.

    Domestic shipping transit is 2-3 business days.

    International shipping transit is 3-5 business days and ship via DHL in general unless customer requests another carrier.

  • WARRANTY

    • When purchased from Light Harmonic or an Authorized Reseller, Light Harmonic ("Company") warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEAR from date of original delivery. In all cases you must have the original packing slip or receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Company will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with an equivalent merchandise. Warranty replacement may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent products. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not extended to owners for the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
